Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Queue macOS application ("the App") developed and provided by Adkhamjon Soliev ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal use. You may:

• Install and use the App on one or more devices.
• Make copies of the App solely for backup or archival purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
• Share, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the App to any third party.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any updates, enhancements, and modifications, remain the exclusive property of Adkhamjon Soliev. The App is licensed, not sold, to you. You acknowledge that the App contains proprietary information and intellectual property that is protected by applicable laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that it will be error-free, or that its operation will be uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adkhamjon Soliev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

7. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and if the changes are significant, we will notify you via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Compliance
